Welcome to the QualiXRay application!
 
1. General description
 It is an application that allows a group with its members to manage quality assurance of products and equipment.
The user after creating an account can either create his own group or ask to belong to an existing group by invitation system.
This application will require the internet network, in order to access and share the database. This allows all group members to work collaboratively and access product-related services such as inventory, quality controls, register, alerts, and group management.

The following is a brief description of each part of the application.
  
2. Main Pages
 2-1. "Inventory"
 
The local and class data of the group must first be recorded in the inventory data base, these local sites and material classes will also be shared for all members of the group. These inventoried materials will be classified according to their class (example: metrology) and the local (place) where they are stored.
 
The inventory of the material is shared both in its creation and in its consultation, it will contain after informing by the user or the users of the group, the list of the material with the relevant information, which are linked to each material and illustrations with capture photo.
 
Then the inventory of quality controls will be shared both in its creation and in its consultation, it will contain the controls associated with each material of a group with the definition of the periodicity and relevant information such as the recall of procedure by text and images to facilitate the control reminder.
 
2-2. "Control"
"Control" means the action of managing quality assurance of material. To do this, the user must select the Local, Class for the material first, this is the concept for classifying materials.
 The user can manage either periodic inspection, by hardware or in the check-back search heading.
 Each user of the group will be able to see the history of the checks carried out or to be carried out.
 
2-3. "Register"
 This is the hardware tracking log. Group users can detail the problem or malfunction with text and photos and provide a possible solution to the hardware problem. The information will be shared with the group members as well as a real-time notification on the devices to inform the users of the group of the recording.
 
 
2-4. "Alert"
 The group user can send an alert to another user in the same group and ask them to manage a specific control.
 
 
2-5. "Group"
As mentioned above in the introduction, the concept of group is very important here.
All Users in a group share all materials and data such as registry, control. It is therefore essential, after creating an account in the application, that the user creates a group or joins an existing group.
Join may be done by invitation from the group or send the request to join a group by the user.
If you have received an invitation email or group notification, you can confirm it as a group / Join / Guest.
And you can accept it or reject it.
If you are already in a group, then you can not get an invitation.
And if you are already a member of the group, you can send an invitation notification or an e-mail to other users of your contacts on the phone or from the list of users in DB.
